Description:
NS 8370. a former Conrail CW40-8 leads a Toccoa to Spartanburg local out of the yard in Toccoa, GA in front of the former Southern Railway passenger station. A railfan looks on in front of the station. I dont know who this guy is, but he was out in the middle of the mainline standing and taking pictures a few minutes earlier. Not the mansion up on the mountain in the distance.
